Rates

 3-6 guests:

$350 per night

$2100 per week 

$6500 per month with additional nights at $200 per night

Special Rate for Couples (1 or 2 guests): 

$200 per night

$1300 per week

$5100 per month with additional nights at $180 per night

Outclean Charge:  $350

General Excise and Transient Accommodations Taxes:  17.75%

Refundable Damage Deposit:  $1000 

50% deposit required to hold reservation Balance due 30 days before arrival date

Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel, there are no refunds, but you may change your reservation dates for a $100.00 change fee.  There is no charge for minor date changes, which are subject to availability.
